Use of a bakers uniform and all the equipment and ingredients you need are provided, you just need to turn up with a passion to Bake!
All courses run from 10am – 4pm and are just £95 per person.

We run regular scheduled courses throughout the year, but we are happy to run any of our courses outside of the schedule on a date to suit you.
Courses can be booked any day of the week Sunday – Friday (Subject to the Bakers Availability) there is no minimum amount of people required to book a course, but there could be up to a maximum of 8 people on each course.
English Breads – Next Scheduled Course Wednesday 12th June 2013
This workshop has been created to get hands on with English Breads. Work with our Head baker Brian to produce an array of different classic english style breads and shapes all from just a few simple dough’s. You will create classic cobs and bloomers, oat topped rings and granary rolls to name but a few.
French Breads – Next Scheduled Course TBC
Bread is a huge part of French culture and they take it very seriously, with different traditional bread in every region there are a wide array to choose from. On this course we produce some of the most well known. Learn to make all butter Brioche, French Baguettes and sticks, Pain de Campagne and Olive Fougasse. A fantastic range of French classics all in 1 lesson.
Mixed Breads – Next Scheduled Course TBC
A Little Bit of Everything, A Mixture of Breads from around the World, including English, French, Italian & Rye Bread, this is our most popular course!
Italian Breads – Next Scheduled Course TBC
Flair and passion are the key ingredients needed to make traditional Italian Bread. Learn to produce some of the most traditional breads the italians have to offer. Enjoy making stone baked Focaccia, Ciabattas, Grissini & Pizza all from a couple of very simple dough’s
Rye Breads – Next Scheduled Course TBC
Rye Bread has developed over the years and has a wide range from very dense and dark breads to light fruit and nut breads. This course will show you a selection of different ones like rye, sour dough, rye and sultana breads (which are an ideal accompaniment to cheese boards)
