HISTORY
Anthony's opened its doors in March 2004 and since then has established a reputation for creative and innovative
cuisine to the highest of standards, hailed as the most exciting restaurant in Leeds for decades by the most demanding critics.
In its first year Anthony's restaurant won the best restaurant award at the 2005 Observer Food Monthly awards,
beating off tough competition from London restaurants to scoop the award, which was voted for by a celebrity judging panel that
included Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein, - the panel commented "This year the award for best restaurant has gone outside London to
a restaurant in Leeds. This is a staggeringly ambitious restaurant, the menu is executed with immense skill, flair and professionalism
by a young and excellent chef, Tony Flinn."
Since then Anthony's has Received Critical acclaim from Yorkshire Life, Remy Martin, The Good Food Guide, Sunday
Telegraph, The Independent, Restaurant Magazine, Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Yorkshire Post, Olive, and The London Restaurant Awards to
name but a few.
Anthony's is a family owned and run establishment, Each member brings a wealth of skills to the restaurant, and more
importantly are totally committed to ensuring a true fine dining experience. Both the Executive Head Chef and the Restaurant Director
have spent many years working in Michelin Starred Restaurants.
