  4. We visited the restaurant in queens gate for lunch. Although it was very busy staff were very friendly and service was quick. We had a warm welcome from our waitress Bushra who always is happy to help.

  5. I have tried several time to get into the survey but it says I’m timed out so I have given up.

    I would like to say the in store reusable fold up bag (material) I bought is far too small. I previously had one when they were first on sale a few years ago. I took that on many holidays abroad and always come in handy it even held up my car exhaust. It is now being used by my daughter although it is looking tatty.

  8. Angela Griffin served me it was a breath of fresh air to have some one who could relate and have a little more time to serve a elderly customer. Takes you back to when it was the customer was the the important part of the purchasing. Very friendly and helpful lady.

  10. We went into the café on the ground floor of MandS Colney Fields London Colney Herts. It was about 11.30am. We were served by a young lady named Victoria. She was working the till and her colleague preparing drinks. He was making several fancy coffee drinks so a queue developed. At this point Victoria, set too, making various drinks to relieve the waiting customers. All the time her demeanour was polite and happy. Smiling and greeting everyone.

  11. I was asked if I would mind giving feedback about my experience to Glasgow Braehead’s M&S food department last Friday (16th August).
